OCC Mask-erade Day 2

Hello again! I'm trying to keep up with my homework. This is Day 2 for Online Card Class's Mask-erade session. Fortunately, I was able to create this card right away after watching the class videos.

Kristina Werner showed us how to mask a card and then stencil over it with embossing paste. This  creates space for a sentiment. I had this wonderful star stencil and a big birthday stamp from Sizzix, so I had to try it. Plus, it was easy!

This card took no time at all. The longest part was letting the embossing paste dry. It looks rather simple, because it is, but I still like it. I added a few sequins since there were no stars below the sentiment. (There weren't any on the stencil that went that low.) Finally, I added the ribbon.

Thank you for coming by (again) today! I appreciate your comments and visits very much, and I really do hope to see you again very soon!
