Hey Chickie!

Hi everybody! How's your week been? I've been inside a lot this week, nursing a sore back. I've had back issues for years, and sometimes I just get "stuck" either in pain or spasms. No fun!

Once I started loosening up, I got back to work on my Easter cards. Although I have enough for family, I needed some for friends, too.

This Carton Cuties set from Reverse Confetti is one of my favorites. Paired with some patterned paper from the Blessings Collection at Stephanie Barnard's Stamps of Life, the card came to life. I die cut the ribbon strip using Alison's Ribbons Die Plate from Gina K Designs and added a few purple buttons, also from Stamps of Life. The inside says "Happy Easter" and is layered on the patterned paper with another ribbon die cut.

This card took a while to create, but I had a lot of fun putting it together. This time of year is so much fun, and I love the light, pretty colors I'm seeing everywhere, whether it be cards or flowers.

Thank you for stopping by today! I appreciate your comments and visits very much, and I hope to see you soon--I'll be right back with another Easter post!
