Easter Bunny
Hello again! I was quick this time. Surprised you with another post, didn't I? I've been working on my Easter cards, and these are two I'll be sending to my brother and sister.
The stamp and die set I used is called "Bunny2stamp" and it's by Stephanie Barnard's Stamps of Life. I've enjoyed playing with this set along with the patterned paper pad called Blessings Collection (also from Stamps of Life) the last few days.
The first card was inspired by one in the Stamps of Life Gallery by Jennie Harper. Hers was a little different, as she created a Portrait Style card and added a bow on the bunny's ears. The second, I just came up with myself! LOVE those polka dots!
After I was finished creating that card, however, I felt I could've embossed the bottom purple piece of cardstock or at least stamped some tone-on-tone images instead of leaving it plain like that. What do you think?
The sentiment, "Happy Easter," is on the inside of both cards and has an image of a bundle of carrots popped up beside it.
Well, that's really it for today. I appreciate your comments and visits VERY much, and I hope to see you again soon~

ReplyDeleteSuch darling Easter cards. Isn't it fun to take the same design and just switch up the colors and patterned papers? You have a completely different card. That little bunny is so stinkin' cute. LOVE him.
ReplyDeleteSo cute!
ReplyDeleteCute, cute, cute!!! Love your choice of colors and papers on both. That little bunny is just the cutest think ever. Don't you just hate it when you finish a card (especially as cute as this) and think "woulda, coulda shoulda"??? That happens to me a lot ;)
ReplyDeleteTwo very cute cards!
ReplyDeleteOh, these are both so adorable. Love the colors and papers you chose, and that chick just bursting out of his egg.
