Hello! I'm still practicing my Watercolor Class homework for today, so here's my second card for Day 1. This time I followed a video by Kristine Werner where she heat embossed a background image before adding watercolors. I did this, then added a tag with the sentiment and a butterfly from Gina K Designs.
This class is so much fun already! I am enjoying reviewing the videos and reading the instructions over and over, and the Class Gallery is a lot of fun to review, too. Everybody somehow creates something different even though we followed the same videos! This is truly a learning experience that I am thoroughly enjoying.
Thanks for stopping by! I appreciate your visits and comments very much. Have a nice evening!
This is so pretty.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE this card! Instant WOW factor!!! Plus, you and I apparently love the same colors :)
ReplyDeleteExcellent job with both cards, Sharon!! I really love the softness of this pretty card. This is the one technique that I haven't tried yet and your card is very inspirational!! Hugs, Darnell

ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty card! I love the soft colours of the background.
ReplyDeleteLovely, a summer breeze type look. Perfect place for a butterfly, which you know, is my fave! LOL
