CAS3 Day 3
Okay, I know. Third card today? Yep, I'm playing catch-up from the few days my camera wasn't working right. I don't like being behind!
This card followed the video on Stamp Layering by Laura Bassen. She's got a great sense of humor and kept my attention throughout the entire lesson.
First, using All-Night Media's Splatter Pattern stamp, I put tiny splatters of dots all over my page with Hero Art's Soft Sand Shadow Ink. With Stephanie Barnard's Stamps of Life stamps, I added circle images in various colors around the card base. Finally, I added the sentiment at an angle.
This was a quick and easy card to make. I will keep practicing and will probably add more cards tomorrow.
I appreciate your visit and your comments very much! Please come back again soon!

ReplyDeleteGreat card, Sharon! I sure wanted to take this class. Maybe next time!
ReplyDeleteThis is my favourite of your cards so far, its beautiful!! I really love the colours you used and the stamps layer so well, its fantastic! I am about to FINALLY watch Day 3 (I hate being behind too!), so will be able to see how you came up with this wonderful card.
ReplyDeleteAll your CAS cards are just awesome Sharon. I do love all the colors you have chosen. And you have become a master at the clean and simple look, something that I have been striving for, but have not yet achieved. It drives me crazy to be honest - haha! You have inspired me here, will need to go into my craft room now - see ya later!
ReplyDeleteWho knew a CAS card could be so colorful and fun. Just looking at it makes me happy
